“ We always love our time at the Silvermere Inn on the Lake. I have to say the staff is always so welcoming and kind. Even on very busy days, they manage(d) to squeeze our family (our fault, we forgot to book & they were up to their eyes) Overall, excellent service and professional staff. Food has always been good/very good. We recently stopped there for a super quick lunch, went for the onion soup & paninis. Although I am not a huge fan of Parmesan in an onion soup (I prefer the French style gratin style cooked "gratine" Gruyere or Comte on a single piece of bread in the soup), I have to say, the soup was delicious: just the right balance of acidity and onion taste, with a perfectly made broth. So far, we have tried many of their main dishes too, such as the fish and chips, meats, burgers or paninis (we love the pull pork MontereyJack) Everything has always been well cooked and served with a smile. Please say thank you to everyone for their hard work and professionalism. ”
“ Good prices and lovely location. You can sit on the lakeside, watch the water and people playing golf whilst eating and enoying a beer. Conscious it's a bit busy today here but, the waiting time...almost finished my beer and the food is not here yet. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing afternoon. The staff is also nice. The bartender is a bit forgetful but in a funny way. Keep up the good work Just finished eating and whilst the portion are a bit small compared to what I'm used and the price, the food was really tasty and fresh. If only I could give more than 5 stars ”

“ Great pint and a really good cappuccino in a very busy environment that was well handled by the staff who were friendly throughout. I ate here a little while ago now, and the food was of a good standard and very reasonably priced. Watching the golfers approaching the 18th green is just a fun bonus to your visit! ”
“ Beautiful hidden restaurant in the golf course, open to the public. Only found as our original restaurant was cancelled. The outside seating is lovely & serene - the lake makes for a gorgeous view. The peach & goat's cheese salad was delicious, portion size was filling. The chicken florentine was a nice portion, but was quite dry - I has to request more sauce. Staff were attentive & enquired if all was ok. Would like to go back & try more on the menu. The wedding on that day was lovely too - congratulations!. I did have a lovely video of the venue but no option to attach it!. All in all a good lunch in nice surroundings. ”
